This LARGE 4 oz Bottle of Toner Concentrate makes 16 bottles of 2-oz toner. Includes 4 oz Toner Concentrate, 2-oz spray bottle, and small funnel.

Mix Your Toner:

Add enough toner concentrate to fill 25% of your spray bottle. Fill the remaining 75% up with water. Leave a little room for the sprayer and to mix. You can use tap water, or filtered water, there's no wrong way! Now REALLY shake it for at least 30 seconds! Shake, Shake, Shake! And you're ready to GLOW!
